He leads projects for prominent businesses and labels in the United Arab Emirates, including Adidas, Dior, Kraft, Diesel, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Emaar, Damac, and numerous others. He is involved in every stage of production, from developing storyboards and animations to overseeing post-production, ensuring seamless workflows and exceptional outcomes from inception to completion. His responsibilities include creating, managing, innovating, and recruiting artists for project production.

3D LEAD

 

He served as a Lead 3D and LookDev Artist. During the last three years of this period, Marcelo led creative and technical teams in award-winning projects, playing a key role in ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and optimizing the solutions developed. He was also responsible for the 2D/3D integration pipeline for Valorant projects by Riot Games, which led him to spearhead several challenging projects until his departure. His experience at Lightfarm also included the implementation of new technologies and technical solutions for complex workflows, as well as coordinating teams of 20 to 30 artists, including freelancers, for large-scale projects.

STAGIARY

 

He began his professional journey as a 3D Generalist and Motion Designer at BeeldMotion, where he worked from February to July 2015. This experience was crucial for his growth, as it marked his first exposure to large-scale production and intensive learning in professional pipelines. At BeeldMotion, he was responsible for developing looks and animations focused on motion graphics for high-profile brands.
